assist you throughout the loan process.
Rehab Loan Process
A CAC Housing Specialist will:
| Complete
a detailed property inspection and analyze the condition of the home |
| Develop a detailed rehabilitation
work list to correct basic health, safety and energy conservation needs
and exterior deterioration |
| Assist the homeowner in completing a
rehab plan |
| Review homeowner’s solicitation of
contractor bids |
| Close the loan and disburse loan
funds as work is completed |
| Advise the homeowner and contractor
while the work is being completed |
